Returns & Exchanges
At DNT Optics Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not, you can return or exchange your frames within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the protective case and cleaning cloth.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your DNT Optics account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Frames
Carefully place the eyewear, along with all original packaging and accessories, into the shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
